What is the terminal server config?

Someone pecked one character here and ... as always ... URGENT.
The task as a whole is to transfer the office to terminals. Option 2 (just below).
The office is the most common, 50+ people, Windows, Outlook, office, 1C, network printing.
There are peppers working with bank clients, there are all sorts of EDS, a few tricky software for calculating something specialized there. As everywhere, in short.
We are not going to change computers for terminals, only if we buy additional ones.
Actually help, please, with a config.
For 50+ users, taking into account the usual software and a couple of heaviness, I see something like this:
Proc E5-2670 (there are 12 cores) * 4 pcs (48 cores in total) - is n't it cool?
RAM according to the formula 3GB per user is 150-180 GB -you need the same for the system and for the stock
Hard SSD 1TB * 4pcs - you need the same
smartly More ordinary SATA hard drives, 4 pcs. store slow data
If you go according to the fallback option - that is, transplant only the gray mass that do not use gravity, client banks and some bosses (they probably don’t want to drive their home video through a common server?), Then it turns out rudely:
Users are about 25:
Proc E5-2670 (there are 12 cores) * 2 pcs - not cool? in theory, the percentage is expensive, but the motherboard already needs a two-pronged total
RAM of about 80 GB
Hard SSDs of 0.5 TB * 4pcs - you need to be fast
Also ordinary SATA hards, 4 pcs. store slow data
Something like that.
Am I guessing right on the whole?
Someone tell me the cost of the solution (plus or minus bast shoes, of course)?
What else not to forget? The second BP is understandable. Alternate airfield (suddenly the server crashes?) - also understandable. Faces - let's learn.

Are you going to assemble the server yourself? And if there are no problems with money, then take 48 cores and 180 gigs of RAM each. This is enough for 200+ users, unless, of course, Photoshop will be launched. I use about 500MB per user 1c+wordexcel+browser.
For heavy users, you can run separate virtual machines so as not to stir up the overall system with key drivers and so on.

Everything depends on the budget.
But the second option is more sane - to bring something heavy and specific to the terminal is more expensive for yourself.
All heavy users with their photoshops and other autocads - to workstations.
But 1s, and transfer all typical office tasks to the terminal.
In general, there is nothing heavy and atypical on the terminal.
With all sorts of EDS, very big problems are possible, up to the impossibility of working, when you try to push them onto one machine, the same is true with different tricky programs - there are a lot of programs, you won’t be able to monitor the quality and stability of each, as a result, one software can fill up the entire server.
