What is the sticker on the motherboard for?

I have some kind of black sticker on the motherboard, it does not accumulate anything, it only covers some small resistors from the front of the laptop

. This is how it looks

. rubs against the laptop case from which it cracks unpleasantly.
Can anyone tell me why it is needed?
What she does?
And is it possible to peel it off because this sound is very annoying.

Photo stickers - in the studio! You can't see something in your photo of the stickers ...
If it's black and not metallized, then most likely a protective screen so that there is no short circuit. You don't have to delete it, but sometimes you can. But it is advisable to re-glue.
If it is metallized, then definitely leave it, this is electrostatic shielding. Glue. Otherwise, there may be effects during operation.
In general, they would go to any service center, where knowledgeable uncles will either cut out a new sticker, or carefully glue the old one ....
