Recommend software for creating a loaded torrent tracker under CentOS. Are there "out of the box" solutions to this issue? Thank you.

There is XBTT as a backend as suggested by @ExileeD . There is TorrentPier as a frontend . A quick googling made me realize that since 2008 (keeping the tracker on the local network) nothing has changed.

Thank you! Indeed, nothing new has been invented. I will focus on XBBT and TorrentPier.
