Do you think there is a dude sitting on the toaster who has done research on this and will share the data with you? if you searched on Google and did not find it, then there is no such statistics. at least in the open. If you haven't searched, go google.

Alternatively, you can simply make a survey on some popular resource (yes, at least on Habré), which will give some approximation. And just some, because often, many programmers know HTML, JS and CSS and can easily type something, and there are also full-stack programmers.
