What is the service for selling software on the Internet?
Good afternoon, I'm currently looking for an online digital software distribution service, probably more like Steam BUT NOT GAMES, and I'm interested in software for Windows, macOS and linux similar systems. The service should be free (free or cheap publication), be able to change prices, make discounts, report mini-news. Multilingualism (preferably included Russian). There should be an API for third party payment on my site, displaying reviews, verifying credentials on the server, checking app ownership, saving or getting stats data. Various methods of payment for software, as well as payment to the author on a Russian bank card and / or Paypal and / or Skrill. A good plus, of course, was the protection of the program from piracy.
P / S The most important thing is the sale of software and software activation.
For an individual, but in the future it will also be useful for individual entrepreneurs.

And you start with the question "who needs it." After all, such a network is not just a site with a catalog. These are servers designed for MANY clients, this is multilingual support, this is filling catalogs, this is the development of all this economy and keeping it up to date ... Steam has money for this - it sells games. In an imaginary network, where will they come from? The margin on software sales is not as high as on games.
