What is the server IP address in the settings for? If you leave it empty, nothing changes.

In the future, all API requests signed with the application's secret key will only be accepted from registered IP addresses (and a local IP address will not work).
At the moment, there is no such restriction, and the transition period for this change has not begun either. But nevertheless, it is better to register addresses.
