We sent a letter to [email protected] to grant GROUP_CONTENT permissions for publishing to a group. It's been 12 days, maybe the address is not correct?

Try checking your spam folder for a response, and also add GROUP_CONTENT to the scope when OAuth may still be issued.
If not, then write again, the address is correct.
