What is the sequence to connect / disconnect the charger of the macbook?

First we connect the cable to the macbook, and then to the outlet, or vice versa?
And the same question about disconnecting the charger?
What could be wrong with misuse?
The second question: is it possible to close the lid of the laptop during work?

You can close the laptop cover, that before disconnecting / connecting charging ... yes, somehow no one usually takes a steam bath. If the charge is original, then it doesn't really matter.

the block can be left in the outlet for months without load - nothing happens to it,
you can connect / disconnect it as you like, the mag-safe is specially made based on careless operation
, you can close the lid if the case is not overheated (play, then abruptly close the macbook and put it in a backpack - not the best idea)
plugs take air from the side, air -
you can use the plug from the keyboard in a closed form

"First we connect the cable to the macbook, and then to the outlet"
That's right. At least the power supplies of computers without load cannot be turned on.
Here is the same first load (laptop) to the power supply (laptop cable) then the cable to the outlet.
