What is the reason for the very slow download speed over wi-fi on the MacBook air?

in fact, there is a router distributing Rostelecom's 200 Mbps, there is a macbook air 16 years old, which rests on 30 when connected to 5 GHz and 50 when connected to 2.4 GHz, while phones (either iPhone or Xiaomi for 15k) are almost 200 and they give it out for download and for return, I attach a speed test from both frequencies and router settings, sorry if I didn’t give some important data or blew stupidity somewhere, I myself am not particularly pogromist
in tests where the return is high it is 5GHz, where it is low 2.4GHz6149d23381c11750446835.png6149d23b8edbb494865730.png6149d24173322338835989.png6149d2475294f261884497.png6149d24d08dac186613987.png

Hey!
I had the same problem on a 2015 macbook.
I decided to set the bandwidth not to "auto", but to 20-40 GHz.
Optionally, if the advice above did not help:
In the "operation mode", try to select not all possible options, but some other option.
And set the "channel" not to auto, but to several from 36 to 64, for example (or less).
