What is the reason for the picture to stop or interrupt when watching a YouTube video?

I have a Xiaomi Redmi 5 Plus mobile phone. I turn on the video on YouTube 1080 60FPS and make the speed x1.75 while I see that the video can just freeze or the picture just starts to break. What could be the reason? When browsing, only YouTube is on, I close all other applications.
