I record with a phone camera 1080p 30fps.
I upload to Sony Vegas 13 with the settings corresponding to the uploaded video (this is done by default). And with the same settings I render.
Such artifacts appear in the form of pale, displaced ghosts of moving objects. It interferes with watching.

How to get rid of it?
