What is the reason for the different background display when changing the screen resolution?

Please tell me, the customer sent a background file for the site via psd. It has a black background with some images on it. When I set the resolution of 1680x1050 on my monitor, everything is clearly visible. When me. it to a larger one, at 1920x1080. That remains just a black background, without any additional images. Who can tell me what could be the reason?

Turn off hardware graphics acceleration in Photoshop settings - it looks like your video card driver is buggy.
