What is the reason for the broken link in the media banner under Yandex direct?

There is an html5 media banner, when clicked, it sends to a link like: https://storage.mds.yandex.net/get-canvas-html5/89...
We thought that it was connected with the presence of an anchor in the link, but replacing the link did not help. The bannerman says that everything is fine with the scripts. I am sure that the problem is quite typical, I will be grateful for the advice.
