What is the reason for non-delivery of messages when using xmmp in pidgin on windows 8?

Messages do not reach after some time of inactivity of the client.
Also, when the status is "unavailable", messages do not reach the client who has set such a status.
server openfire, in the logs there I see a little less than nothing, maybe there are logs on the clients?
