What is the reason for incorrect display of text in all browsers?

The text is not displayed correctly. Words are shifted somewhere, somewhere they are superimposed on each other. Moreover, such problems arise even when entering text. This happens on most pages, in all browsers except Microsoft Edge. Nothing out of the ordinary happened prior to the problem. There were no errors. It just happened after restarting the computer. Tried reinstalling browsers, going into browser safe modes, system restore, and even rebooting the system in safe mode. Nothing helped. What could be the problem?

The problem was solved by running the sfc utility with the scannow switch (sfc /scannow command on the command line) while in safe mode.

Something bugged either in the Arial font file or in the Direct2D libraries. Both Blink and the redhead use DirectWrite if it's available (you have 10, it definitely does). Edge has its own font engine. Of course, you need to restore the corresponding files.
I sin more on the Arial font: everything that you show as an error is displayed in this particular font. If you have an SSD, check it SMART at the same time.
UPD. Maybe not the font itself is to blame, but the font cache. You must try this first. https://winaero.com/blog/rebuild-font-cache-windows-10/
