What is the real power consumption of Raspberry?

Raspberry Pi 2 B together with all peripherals (two color tft displays, sound card) is powered by a usb port.
As far as I know, the usb port outputs 5V at 500mA.
Does this mean that the entire assembly consumes exactly this amount of energy?
