What is the proof of site testing?

Hey!
We were handed over the project (we have already paid for it), the contract states that the project must be tested.
but! there is a suspicion that there was no testing, respectively - what documents can I require as proof that the project was tested?
the fact is that I constantly find various shortcomings (I don’t know if these are bugs or not), for example, the price is not displayed, mail templates do not work, that is, managers do not see applications from the site, and so on.

well, sometimes there is a test plan
in a spherical IT vacuum,
few people do it completely, but for critical areas there are still some benchmarks (iron endurance standards in the current architecture without expansion),
you can ask for it, or at least export from Jira-Jenkins or any testing software

Let them provide you with:
1. All schemes of work-flow processes that are necessary from each role for the correct functioning of the created service, on which tests were performed.
2. The sequence of actions, all the tested indicators for each of the tests, and the expected and received (actual) value - a table of test results.
The full work cycle of each system role is tested (from user registration to account deletion) and all its possible intermediate branches in terms of various changes in the sequence of actions during the entire tested workflow.

What is promised in the contract, as a result of testing - then demand it.
If nothing, then you can’t demand anything for testing.
And if there are any obvious errors, these are already low-quality development services.

One of the stages of testing is the generation of reports.
Accordingly, since someone tested it, there should be at least logs or a list of check objects (checklist).
In addition, as a client, you had to provide a TOR that clearly states what you need (your business goals). If a product cannot fulfill these business goals, then it is not complete. You can swear.
Another option is "And I myself will proklatsya and everything will be OK." If the office behaved this way and asked you to pay for testing, this is unfair. If you, as a customer, decided to save on professional testing, then there is nothing to cry about.
