What is the program for creating tests?

We urgently need a program to create tests like MyTestX or easyQuizzy (they don't fit, no grouping). It is necessary that the program be able to group questions from different categories. For example, there are 150 questions in the test base, of which 50 need to be answered. But not just random, but from different groups - i.e. the first 15 questions are randomly from the group 1-50, the second 15 questions are randomly from the group 51-100, the third 20 questions are randomly from the group 101-150. And at the end, you need a report on the test in the form of the number of correct / incorrect answers from each group and the total result (in any form, at least on the program screen). I hope I did not set out too clumsily =). I will consider any ideas. Thanks in advance.
