Please tell me the program for calculating a passive LC low-pass filter of the third order. I didn’t find any suitable online calculators, and the programs mostly consider only the first order. Ideally, you want to set the bandwidth, input and output impedance.

There is a free program rfsim99. First of all, one is intended for modeling RF circuits. It has a built-in calculator that allows you to design the desired filter, including 3 orders.

I remember that digital filters were calculated in Matlab - there you can calculate any order and any type. There are even components there, I don't remember the exact name - ToolBox's what or where you drive in the parameters - and at the output you get values for building filters.
But about analog LCs - I don’t know, take a look, maybe there is something there
