How can a customer leave a review about a freelancer on Freelansim.ru? What are the requirements and restrictions? Freelancer can not accept the project? Recently introduced this functionality, but I did not find details anywhere.

You can leave feedback about the executor of your order only if you have chosen him as the executor among those who responded to your order by clicking on the appropriate button.
If the freelancer then deletes their review, you can still leave feedback about it.
Also, if you later changed your mind and chose another responder as the contractor, you can still leave a response about the first selected freelancer.
