What is the problem with xcode?

If you move a navigation component to the storyboard (together with a table view) and set a custom static display of cells in the table, then it is not possible to move any elements to the first cell (only if there is navigation from above, everything is fine without navigation). And if you add elements to the tree, then they do not move on the storyboard, and when you try to drag the cell becomes the active element (as if you just clicked on it and not on the element).
When a group of cells is selected, the shading on the storyboard does not match the cells below.
What is the reason?

The section is highlighted on the screen. In theory, it should select all the cells and here below. Normally, only cells located within the blue area are selected.

I, too, almost did not understand anything, but everything is normally displayed for me, clicked, moved.
