What is the problem with visual studio 2019?

During the very first launch of the 19th studio after installation, everything works correctly and without errors. It is worth restarting the studio and a bunch of errors start to come out, which are sent to ActivityLog.xml.

It is worth noting that this problem was also on the old computer, only with 17 studios and Win8.1 was there, on the current Win10 machine. I have already reinstalled the studio, googled what is written in ActivityLog.xml, deleted and renamed the ComponentModelCache studio folder (it says on the Internet that it helped someone) and still a lot of errors come out.
