What is the problem with the site on joomle after the transfer or where to dig?

Now I need to transfer the site to joomle, I do everything as usual, I archived the site folder, backed up the database, downloaded it to another server, set the rights, configured nginx as they write on the joomla site, uploaded the database. As a result, the main page pops up:

Hosting is normal, doesn't cut anything?
