What is the problem with sound in Premier Pro?

Hello, I've encountered this problem with sound processing. The original sound is in excellent condition, and when transferred to Adobe Premier, the following distortion occurs automatically. Please help resolve this issue. I don't understand how to find her solution at all. This happens with absolutely every video with sound. I am attaching some examples:
