What is the problem with installing MS Visual Studio 2008?
Installation requirements:
No compatible version of Visual Studio 2008 was found on this system. This update is for the Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 (RUS) family of products only and is not compatible with Express editions.
I tried both the professional version and the express version, it does not help, what should I do? I need exactly 2008, and I don’t want to do it in a virtual machine, if anyone knows, help, thanks in advance!

From the description, it looks like you are trying to install an UPDATE for a product that you do not have on your computer.
Or I misunderstood something or you didn't fully explain something...
What exactly are you trying to do?
