What is the platform for video communication?

Hello! At work, there is a need to communicate with clients, for this we use Skype (video call), you need to save the video. Clients of those who are over 35, sometimes over 45, so it is often quite problematic for a client to install Skype for himself, set up an account, etc. We are looking towards using the service for video communication. Like a year ago I googled, but everything is not up to the end, either the difficulty with launching or does not work on smart.
Requirements:

  1. 1 - Ability to communicate without registration and installations (for the client), we will clearly register and pay;
  2. 2 - work in the browser;
  3. 3 - work on a modern smartphone;
  4. 4 - the ability to download the recorded video.

Do you have video calls (you and the other party) or video conferences (multiple people)? How do you imagine saving video, what exactly do you need to save (video from your camera, video from the camera of the interlocutor, video from all cameras in the conference, separately or combined)?
As a rule, video conferencing software systems do not process video, the video stream is sent to each client separately (p2p).
Perhaps a Jitsi Meet would do.
