What is the perspective of transliterating HTML to ELF?

Hello! I work in one place, and decided to make myself some kind of mini project with great potential. As a result of the research, I wanted to do something that was not adequate.
The choice fell on the HTML transliterator in ELF(EXECUTED FILE).
The idea is to pull out all the data from the HTML and render it in advance, and the output order and coordinates depend on the size of the window. Those. it's just a mat set of dependencies and the output order of one or another pre-rendered fragment. The backend itself is something from OpenGL/Vulkan/OpenGL ES.
However, the question torments - is it necessary? Or is it already somewhere?
please tell me :)
thanks in advance :)

When a project with great potential is said, it immediately implies that there are business tasks and making money, if your team is good and has investments, then you can, as a colleague wrote above, invent your own browser, I don’t see any point in this at all and come up with an irrelevant use as for to me!!
