What is the payment system where you can share payments with a partner?

There is a partner. And there is a site where you need to accept payments. It is necessary that it be possible for both of us to share payments equally, that is, support should be at the level of the payment system itself. If we have $500 on our balance, then each of the account users - the two of us in this case - should only have access to $250.
