What is the pace to upload photos to a new instagram profile?

I create a new account on the topic of travel / tourism. I have already collected a large number of my photos and videos.
What is the best amount per day to ship? or just a pack to fill the account, and then a little bit?
It seems like I read somewhere about 2-3 photos a day. There is a view of the publication (carousel and video?)
I did not find clear information anywhere.
How important is it to do stories in parallel while there is no audience?

Quantity at the very beginning will not play a big role - the main thing is quality.
