What can I disable so that those who have me in contacts do not receive my account in recommendations?

I turned off the synchronization of contacts, but it still remained in the recommendations

1) Log in to the web version of Instagram through a computer browser.
2) Go to your profile and click Edit Profile .
3) At the very bottom, uncheck Recommend your account to potential followers
4) Click Submit
