What is the number of tables in databases in projects of different levels?

The essence of the question is as follows - I want to get an understanding of the scale of databases in projects of various levels, in the form of such a simple metric - the number of tables and the size of the database (gb), after, let's say the resource has been operating for a year with an average load oriented towards it. An example of the resources that I mean is a business card site - I suppose the number of tables is less than 10, new data is not received. And what about any online store, tweeter, any Google service?
