What is the number format?
I'm parsing the file format of one program. Numbers are written in the format:
00 00 00 00 00 94 C1 40 = 9000
Logic (from right to left):
40 - it is not known what
C1 94 means - 2^12/16^0+2^12/16^1+2^12/ 16^2×9+2^12/16^3×4 = 9000
Perhaps there is a simpler way to calculate and this notation format has its own name.
So what does 40 mean and what is the recording format?
