What is the Normal way to jailbreak now on iOS 8 and 9?

I haven’t jailed for a long time (with redsnow time) and now I’m meeting new quick ways. On older versions (7 ios used pangu) and there everything seems to be without problems, but in 8 and 9 I don’t know at all which method to use.
