What is the normal speed dial for safari?

For chrome, there is a speed dial - nothing more, just the start page. Also pluses in customizing the number of rows and columns and in the possibility of loading your own thumbnails. Is there an alternative for safari with the same functionality? top sites does not suit - there is no choice of the number of rows / columns or thumbnails.
