What is the name of this bug (multiple image)?

After several restarts of the FS, the bug disappears, I don’t want to constantly take a steam bath. What to google to find a fix solution?

Most likely the video card is dying, or old firewood. In general, if there are some jambs about the display, then you need to watch it.
