What is the name of the program for visualizing relationships between tables?

Good afternoon Colleagues. When writing the TOR, the consultants indicate the database tables from which you need to take values for certain keys. Using the ABAP (SAP) language as an example: take all values from the BSEG table for the following key BKPF-BLART = 'A01', BKPF-BELNR = BSEG-BELNR, BKPF-BUKRS = BSEG-BUKRS.
Those who write in ABAP, these scribbles are familiar. It often happens that the required data is taken with the condition of checking a bunch of parameters (where and join) and a three-level relationship is obtained. I would like to translate the description of the links from the text version into a graphic one. The most obvious example is Microsoft Acess

Please tell me the name of the program in which you can visually create links between tables.
The consultant threw the plates -> made connections between them by keys -> saved the scheme as a picture -> inserted it into the TOR -> PROFIT!!!11
