What is the name of the javascript plugin?

Hello. And so I'll get straight to the point!
I recently received a template for a website and saw a plugin that I was not familiar with before.
I saw such a plugin on some sites before, but did not go into details.
3 circles are made in which there are numbers, when scrolling the page, they increase from zero to a given number, while the scale at the edges of the circle grows. Thank you for your help young masters of the worlds :)
