What is the name of the Internet advertising payment model if the client pays for the delivery of the message to the person concerned?

Good day, colleagues.
We all know the standard online advertising payment models: CPM (Cost per Millennium), CPC (Cost per Click), CPL (Cost per Lead), CPA (Cost per Action), CPS (Cost per Sale).
Is there a name for the payment model where the customer pays to deliver the message to the person concerned? For example, there is a target audience that wants to buy a bike, the client asks to deliver his offer to them. What is the name of the payment model in this case?

Good day!
CPA (Cost per Action)
Just action (that is, action ) in this case - "message delivery to the person concerned"

I do not agree that this is CPA, I would call it "pay per contact" ))
