What is the name of the book (long-liver, science fiction, cryosleep)?

I forgot what the book is called.
I remember something about "% many years?% ... life and love.... % character name%"
Initially, the action takes place in the distant future - ~ 2000 years from the current moment. A comrade from a family of long-livers who were selected over the past 200-300 years by a special community on Earth. Participated in all wars.
Also, at the end, a friend finds a way to move in time - to the time of his childhood.
Also there, in one of the chapters, his life with his short-lived wife on some remote planet is described - ala Wild West.
I can't remember what it's called and who the author is. And it's not on Google.
UPD:
PS: "If I'm not mistaken, then in one of the parts there is an establishment of contact with aborigines such as spiders." Vernor Vinge"
here i was wrong

I think it's Heinlein.
Robert Heinlein. Enough time for love, or the life of Lazarus Long
