What is the name of this element in android. I click on it and it opens, I press it again, it closes. I tried to schematically depict it in the picture.

Or you didn't explain clearly what you need. Or is it a custom view, i.e. not a typical element, but a specially designed one. Alternatively, it is simply a set of ordinary elements that, through animation and behavior, create the effect of such a menu.

Do you need a drop down menu? If it is, then it's a CheckBox. Maybe I'm wrong.
