What is the most relevant mobile framework today?
Which of the mobile html5 frameworks is currently considered the best (in terms of complexity of development, performance) for developing small (and not only) mobile applications? Still cordova? I want to try to join mobile development, but I came across countless of these frameworks, I want to hear your advice. Thank you!
PS I'm not sure if the wording "mobile html5 framework" is correct, correct me if so.

Cordova is NOT a mobile HTML5 framework. PhoneGap is Cordova licensed under Adobe, so it is NOT a mobile framework either.
Onsen UI (you don't need to know AngularJS)
Ionic framework (you need to know AngularJS)
Framework 7 (twirl as you like. You can screw it to Backbone)
