Telegram is the most popular secure messenger, I use it myself, it is very convenient and performs its functions, there is also the Signal messenger Snowden himself uses it. Signal uses end-to-end encryption - text, videos and photos directly on the device (before sending to the sender) are encrypted.

One of the best options would be to actually deploy open source chat on your server within the company. But clearly I have not seen good solutions in this direction.
We used Signal within the company, now we are trying the Russian Tukan. But he does not have calls, only sending files, group chats and correspondence. It does not store correspondence on the server, it is all encrypted, it does not require emails and phones for registration, everything is very good. I hope in the near future there will be more open source serious solutions in the direction of secure correspondence.

Signal Messenger is the most trusted messenger in the world.
We all naively believe that our information is always secure when exchanging messages, however, this is an illusion. Recent events such as Cambridge Psychoanalytical seem to have debunked this myth and exposed gigantic abuses in the use of personal data on the social network, thereby making us more aware of the importance of protecting personal information. It is frankly striking that, for example, the National Security Agency (NSA), constantly monitors US citizens; The United Kingdom is requiring Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to account and record their users' online activity... All these facts urgently lead users to use encrypted messaging applications such as Signal.
The use of regular messenger applications with unencrypted messaging gives full access to open monitoring by intruders as well as government officials. In this article, we'll talk about encrypted messaging and why Signal is undeniably the perfect choice for end-to-end secure messaging.
Signal is the best encrypted messaging app available today, providing end-to-end encryption for secure messaging between users. This method completely prevents unauthorized users from accessing your private conversations. Due to the ease of messaging with the target user, Signal is definitely the best and most secure means of communication. Signal's privacy technology was specifically designed as it becomes a necessity in today's times to protect yourself from eavesdropping and mass surveillance.
With Signal, messages are sent both individually and to a group of people. The exchange of text and voice messages, images, videos, files is carried out quickly and easily, as well as making regular and video calls using the application. Absolutely all types of user communications are securely protected by end-to-end encryption. Signal is based on an end-to-end independent platform that transmits data through its own personal infrastructure, and its encryption technology is based on the OTR protocol.
The application is available and absolutely free, and the ability to check the application code is also provided. The signal does not grant any access to any organization. and also cannot be eavesdropped. For example, "terrorists" get access to information in unsecured messengers, bypassing law enforcement agencies.
For greater security, Signal has enabled password protection for access to the application and a screenshot blocking feature. The user has control over the type of data sent or received over the mobile network or Wi-Fi. To ensure the protection of private messages, both the sender and the recipient need to install the application on their device to participate in a group or individual conversation.
It may seem that all these innovations take time to understand for the average user. However, we have provided for everything, it is ingeniously simple. The only thing we need is a secure messaging app, and that's Signal, with which we can start having completely secure conversations between users.
Signal is the only great solution for easy and fast messaging, fully encrypted from recipient to recipient.
Any platform such as iOS, Android, Windows, Linux and Mac OS is compatible with Signal.
Your conversations are always securely protected from government "ears and eyes", from any other outsiders and third parties. The messenger has never been so simple and confidential!
In the modern progressive world of the Internet, security and anonymity are becoming more and more relevant and relevant, both in personal and professional communication.
People are becoming more and more aware of dark players such as hackers, terrorists, Internet service providers or even our government in particular: they are all interested in the content of messages and their attachment to personal data.
For example, a regular SMS text message does not have any encryption, providing complete transparency and openness for outsiders to spy on our private conversations for their own benefit, or even clean up the information for their own motives or for their own purposes.
Signal gives you the opportunity to keep up with the times, while remaining free. It is the only user connection hidden behind layers of end-to-end encryption protection to ensure messages are protected from malicious eyes. Rest assured that no third party can intercept or control your private communications. you have cause for concern only if you are not currently a user of an encrypted messaging app like Signal, because who knows, maybe some “gray cardinal” is reading your correspondence right now.
