I want to assemble foglights based on some extremely powerful LEDs. What is the most nuclear thing on the market right now? Cree XML - U3 ? Some P7? Of those that can be powered from the car network.
I will make the cut-off border correct by reflecting the upper 1/3 of the stream down so that the rays are spread along the upper edge of the STG, and I will not cut off 50% of the light with a stupid curtain as they do. I want the light to go straight and focused through the lens, and not sideways and reflected.
Recommend diodes. I want to take on dx.com or aliexpress.

Cree annually improves the light output of new LEDs. Look at off. site.

IMHO t6 is the most powerful available, in terms of price / light ratio. and nothing has changed in the last 5 years. correct me if wrong
