I'm looking for the fastest and simplest engine. What do I mean by that.

• Authorization for admin only
  
• There is only one possibility in the admin panel - adding and editing new pages
  
• For created pages, the ability to prescribe meta tags, h1 and the text itself, url
  
• Preferably, but not necessarily an html editor with the ability to switch to code editing mode
  
• The ability to specify the parent page for the new one being created so that the url looks like /page1/page2/
