How to remove or replace a piece of code from several lines in bulk in several files?

Dear programmers. Please save me. I can't find a way out of this situation. Aren't there programs that massively delete text (the same) in files consisting of several lines. Found only Notepad++. But Notepad++ only deletes if the code is on one line.
I hope for a good answer.

Notepad++ has regular search and replace - everything will work with multi-line.
