Well, my problem arose due to an update to the ca-certificates package received from the developers of the operating system. The problem occurs precisely on centos 6.
As a temporary solution, I can advise you to install php5.5 for the site on which the problem occurs, in this version of PHP there is no certificate verification yet and the problem should not occur.
