What is the most economical laptop Linux?

Hi all!
What I have:
Ultrabook Asus Zenbook UX310U with Windows on board.
What I want:
Linux OS (if necessary, I will assemble Arch), 7 hours of battery life, write in python, html, css, php, connect to a waffle, write documents and make presentations, go to work / study with it. #This will not happen all at once.
PS I apologize for the vague question. Here are the programs I use on my laptop now: PhpStorm, Pycharm, python 3.xx, Yandex.browser

The distributor does not play a role. Install bbswitch, TLP or laptop-mode-tools and lower screen brightness. This should be enough.

Install MX Linux, a very good distribution! I've been using it for 7 months now with no problems.
