What is the most convenient service (site) for comparing the syntax of programming languages?
For example, a programmer knows JS and wants to understand PHP, or vice versa. In such a service, it finds the item "array concatenation" somewhere and looks at the difference, with examples. But in any language, not specifically these two.

There is Derek Banas , who has a fairly large list of languages, at least he gives similar examples when talking.
The example contradicts the problem. If a programmer wants to learn php knowing js, he doesn't need sites with syntax for Smalltalk. He can google something like "php for javascript developers" and find a dedicated article.
I know that there are sites comparing different languages like helloworldcollection.de but the syntax of all all languages is deeply discussed there. Different languages may not only have different syntax, but also different concepts. Those. maybe something that is simply not in another language. Different languages have different libraries and different idioms. For this example, I would suggest reading an article like the one I gave and a book on php, scrolling through what is already clear.
