Good afternoon !
I have questions about the Metronic template , I have no programming or layout skills.
I want to create an MVP project completely with the elements of this template, make a color prototype and give it to the programmer for development.
Questions:
1) Can this template be pulled on any CMS and framework?
2) The cost of an hour of work for a programmer with knowledge of Angular? (Middle,Senior)
