What is the memory limit in the new AMD FX processors?
It is well known that Intel Core i7 desktop processors cannot have more than 32GB of memory (like one had 64GB), this is written in the specifications for each processor on the Intel website.
But when I tried to find the same information from AMD... it's not there. Yes, such and such memory is supported, with such and such frequency, each motherboard has some kind of limitation. But there is a feeling that AMD processors are dimensionless, give them at least 200 GB, they will chew it, if only the motherboard understands.
Is it really true?
